Sleeve: Start with the end of the tape measure on the backbone at the nape or your neck. The measure should then run over the top of the shoulder (following a seam line, if one were to be there), down the arm to just below the wrist bone.
Shoulder: Starting from the end of one shoulder measure across the upper back to the end of the other shoulder
Length: To find the length of the garment, turn the T-shirt over, smooth out the wrinkles and place the end of your measuring tape on the collar. Bring it down to the hem of the garment and write down the measurements.
Bust: With a measuring tape, measure across the chest, while leaving an inch below the underarms. Ensure that the measuring tape runs straight from side to side. Note the number that you have and double it to have your chest measurements.
